The Cisco IP Telephony (CIPT) the candidate‘s knowledge of VoIP and PSTN
components and technologies and the candidate‘s ability to describe,
install, configure and support CCM 4.1 product in a Cisco network
including such features as security and video.
课程主要内容
* Perform an installation and initial set up of a CallManager cluster
* Configure Call Manager to support a call between any two endpoints
on-cluster and off-cluster
* Given a list of IP phone features, configure the CallManager to
support the given feature set
* Given a specific set of IP telephony applications and tools, configure
CallManager to support the applications
* Monitor and manage an IP telephony network using Internal Server Tools
