The two graphs demonstrate the increase in overseas tourists person/time and the growth of foreign currency income from international tourism. In 1979, at the beginning of the implementation of the opening up policy, the total number of the person/time tourists was only 28,352, winning a small amount of foreign currency of 5,500,000 US dollars. As the opening up program continues, both figures are going up.
